Mariana and Henry, a determined and hopeful couple, embarked on an adventure full of effort to buy an apartment with a clear purpose in mind: to provide their son with a place to live and study in the future. With determination, they succeeded in making their dream come true and acquired the desired property.

However, they knew that before they could rent the apartment and realize their vision, a complete renovation was required. The kitchen, electricity, gas system, bathroom and windows needed to be completely refurbished. Aware of the challenge ahead, they decided to seek professional help to carry out this task.

It was then that they contacted Trinidad, and together they began an arduous work that ranged from the design process to managing budgets, supervising the work and, finally, managing the entire project.

One of the key elements that Mariana and Henry wanted to incorporate into the kitchen was a special piece of furniture that would stand out. They opted for a white MDF design, creating a modern, minimalist look that would fit perfectly with the overall style of the apartment. In addition, they decided to keep the antique top cabinet, to which we added an LED light that provided soft and cozy lighting.

Trinidad coordinated all aspects of the renovation. They carefully selected the materials and made sure that every detail met Mariana and Henry's expectations. The kitchen became a functional and beautiful place, where comfort, style and budget merged seamlessly.

But the renovation was not limited to just the kitchen. Mariana and Henry made sure that every aspect of the apartment was taken care of. The electricity was completely renovated, ensuring the safety and energy efficiency of the place. The gas system was overhauled and upgraded, providing peace of mind and comfort.

With each step they took, Mariana and Henry moved closer and closer to their goal of creating an ideal home for their son. The dedication and effort they put into renovating the apartment reflected their love and commitment as parents.
