Lucas, an enthusiastic young man, was thrilled after painstakingly acquiring his new three-room apartment in Argentina's charming San Telmo neighborhood. Although the place was promising, Lucas knew it needed some renovations to make it truly cozy and functional to his liking.

He decided to contact the studio to help him transform his apartment into the home of his dreams. Lucas had a list of specific requirements that he shared with Trinidad. He wanted more space in the kitchen to enjoy his passion for cooking, so he requested to expand it.

In addition, Lucas wanted to elevate the microwave to make it more accessible and convenient. He also had in mind to install an exhaust fan with ventilation to the four winds, ensuring that his kitchen would always be fresh and odor-free.

The hot water system was in need of repair as was the electrical and heating system. In addition, he wanted to install a washing machine in his apartment for convenience and practicality.

Lucas had the idea of opening up the kitchen to the living room to create a more integrated and luminous space. However, he was also considering closing it off in the future, in case odors arose while cooking.

Not wanting to leave any detail unattended, Lucas also wanted to organize and secure his balcony.

The studio's design team listened carefully to all of Lucas' requests and got to work. With their expertise and creativity, they developed a detailed plan for the renovation of the apartment.

Work began and, little by little, the place began to transform. The walls were opened up, creating a seamless connection between the kitchen and living room, allowing in natural light and a sense of spaciousness.

The microwave was carefully raised and a modern exhaust fan was installed with ventilation to the four winds. The hot water system was repaired, giving Lucas the comfort he longed for. In addition, the washing machine found its place in a practical and functional corner.

The old openings were replaced with new, efficient and safe windows, allowing better lighting and ventilation throughout the apartment.

Finally, the balcony received a complete renovation. Secure railings were installed and plants and furniture were added to create a cozy, inviting space.

Lucas was pleased with the end result. His three-room apartment in San Telmo had become the perfect retreat he had always dreamed of. Every corner reflected his personal style and every detail was carefully thought out to suit his needs.

Now, Lucas could enjoy the kitchen he loved so much, entertain friends in his bright and warm living room, relax in a hot shower after a long day and revel in the tranquility of his secure balcony.

His apartment was not only a place to live, but a true home that represented his dreams and efforts. Lucas was grateful that he had made the decision to renovate it, as he could now experience the happiness of having a personalized and cozy space to call his own.
