Guillermo and Ana, two clients with a clear vision, longed for a house with a simple style but with a double height public area, a space where they could enjoy and spend most of the day. The project was developed in a very natural way in conjunction with the clients, taking advantage of the location of the lot to distribute the rooms according to their appropriate use and orientation.

Aware that in the southern hemisphere the north provides a pleasant natural lighting during most of the day, we decided to add a window strategically located between the access and the public area. This feature highlights the architectural volume, as if emerging from the earth to accommodate the other elements of the house and its different heights.

The inhabitants' choice of gray tones became our starting point for a comprehensive and elegant design, from white tones to darker grays, both on the exterior and interior. Trinidad, as a designer, knew how to perfectly capture the client's wishes and preferences, creating a project that ranged from the floor plan distribution to the exterior volumetry and the kitchen design. In addition, she took on the construction management with dedication, ensuring that the final result met quality standards and was ready to be enjoyed by its owners.
