MOLL Architecture and Space Design.

Emanuel and Eliana, leaders of a family business dedicated to the manufacture of furniture, have decided, together with their parents, cousins and siblings, to undertake the construction of a beautiful house in the Alameda neighborhood. The idea arose with the purpose of expanding their business into the construction and sale of homes. After establishing contact and having an approximate idea of the number of rooms and square meters to be built, they proceeded to develop the following project.

 The main concept of this house is to create intimate spaces in each area. Upon entering, we find a courtyard to which we approach, and when we turn around we discover the access door. A foyer invites us to enter the center of the house, where the living, dining and kitchen areas are located, a unique and integrated space. Continuing our tour, we find an office in a room facing the courtyard of the house access, followed by a bathroom and another secondary room facing the side yard. Finally, we arrive at the master suite, which has a walk-in closet, an integrated bathroom and a view of the pool and grill area. The latter are connected to the public space of the house
