Natalia and Sergio, anxious to find the house of their dreams, were in the process of selling their old apartment and had an urgency to start construction and move in as soon as possible. In this search, their contractor contacted Emilio to manage the work. However, when the excavation began, they were dissatisfied with the initial project and decided to hire Trinidad. With her ability to understand the homeowners' needs, Trinidad quickly reorganized the program and generated spaces that accommodated the various activities of the house and took advantage of as much natural lighting as possible.

On the existing base, we created an access, a foyer, a dining room connected to the kitchen and a second wet core that housed an outdoor kitchen next to the laundry room. We also added a large illuminated infinity pool that can be seen from the master bedroom and communicates with the barbecue area, as the heart of the house and to attract the exterior space to the interior we created an internal courtyard with plants that give life to the kitchen and dining room space, with its natural lighting.

The project presented a constant challenge, as the client's needs evolved as construction progressed. This meant hard work, with frequent site visits and constant communication with the owners and the contractor. After many ideas and submitting the plan to the municipality, Emilio and Trinidad were able to achieve an optimal result for the house.

Trinidad deployed her talent not only in the creation of part of the portfolio, but also in the interior design of the entire house. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, through the bedrooms and the living room, she was in charge of building the necessary furniture to fully enjoy each space of the house, creating cozy and functional environments.
